Here at Glebern Sports & Trophies we endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Due to the nature of customising garments we are not able to guarantee 24 hour turnaround. Sometimes this can be due to order backlog but it's usually because we have to order the blank garment first before we can customise it (otherwise we would have to hold a massive stock that was just don't have space for). There are some garments that we hold in stock for quick turnaround (mostly school uniform items or standard t-shirts) but generally the time from placing the order to it arriving with you will be one week.
